Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and presentable individuals to join our team as Conference Registration Ushers. This is an immediate selection opportunity for individuals eager to work in a dynamic event environment, assisting with the smooth flow of conference registrations and delegate support. No prior experience is required, as comprehensive training will be provided to all successful candidates. This role is crucial in ensuring a positive first impression for all conference attendees, guiding them through the registration process, and assisting with general inquiries.
Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and welcome conference attendees.
- Guide delegates through the registration process, including badge printing and information verification.
- Provide directional assistance and answer general inquiries about the conference schedule and venue.
- Maintain an organized and tidy registration area.
- Assist with the distribution of conference materials and delegate kits.
- Collaborate with event management and other staff to ensure seamless event operations.
- Handle delegate queries and resolve minor issues professionally and efficiently.
- Maintain a professional appearance and friendly demeanor at all times.
