Job Description

No prior experience is required – we believe in nurturing talent and will provide full, comprehensive training to help you master all aspects of the role. Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide range of hot and cold beverages, including expertly crafted coffees, teas, and other drinks, following Costa Coffee standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service, taking orders, handling transactions accurately, and ensuring every customer has a positive experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards across the coffee shop, including seating areas, work surfaces, and equipment.
- Assist with food preparation, including warming pastries and preparing sandwiches, ensuring food safety guidelines are always followed.
- Restock display units, ensure shelves are well-organized, and manage inventory to prevent stock shortages.
- Operate till systems, handle cash and card payments, and accurately process customer orders.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods and contribute to a positive team atmosphere.
