Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and professional Display Home Host to join our team in Glenorchy, Tasmania. This role offers the opportunity to represent a leading home builder in a professional, welcoming environment, primarily on weekends. You will be the first point of contact for potential customers visiting our stunning display homes, providing a friendly and informative experience, and helping them envisage their future home with Metricon. This is a crucial role in creating a positive first impression and assisting in the initial stages of our customers’ home-building journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and welcome all visitors to the display home, creating a positive and inviting atmosphere.
- Provide general information about Metricon homes, designs, and the display home features.
- Maintain the immaculate presentation and cleanliness of the display home at all times.
- Accurately capture visitor details and relevant inquiries for follow-up by the sales team.
- Answer basic questions about the home-building process and direct more complex queries to appropriate staff.
- Ensure all marketing materials and brochures are well-stocked and neatly presented.
- Open and close the display home securely according to schedule.
