Job Description
Join Vue Cinemas as a Cinema Host and become the face of our Salford venue. You will be instrumental in ensuring every guest enjoys a seamless and memorable cinematic experience. This entry-level role is perfect for enthusiastic individuals who love film and thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Full training will be provided to help you master all aspects of the role, from greeting guests to operating tills and maintaining our high standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome all guests and provide outstanding customer service.
- Process ticket and concession sales accurately using our till systems.
- Prepare and serve food and beverages, adhering to hygiene standards.
- Assist guests with finding their screens and seating.
- Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the cinema auditoriums, foyers, and facilities.
- Handle cash and card transactions with precision.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety procedures.
- Support opening and closing duties for the cinema.
- Address guest enquiries and resolve issues effectively and courteously.
