Job Description
Sweet Sensation Confectionery is looking for a dedicated Cafe Waitress to join our Alausa team for a day shift (8am-5pm). This role is crucial for delivering excellent customer service, taking orders, serving food and beverages, handling payments, and maintaining a clean and inviting dining environment. We seek friendly, reliable individuals eager to learn and contribute to a positive dining experience for our valued customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and escort them to tables.
- Present menus and explain daily specials.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
- Serve food and drinks promptly and courteously.
- Handle cash and card payments using our POS system.
- Clear and clean tables, ensuring a tidy dining area.
- Assist with basic kitchen or counter duties as needed.
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene in the cafe.
- Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries or concerns.
