Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Dispatch Runner to join our busy warehouse logistics team in Bath. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for individuals seeking to start a career in logistics, with no prior experience required. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of goods, performing a variety of tasks that support our warehouse operations and dispatch processes. Full training will be provided to help you succeed and grow within our organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the loading and unloading of goods from vehicles.
- Organize and sort packages for dispatch according to delivery routes.
- Perform quality checks on outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the warehouse and dispatch areas.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely after receiving proper training (e.g., pallet jacks).
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding daily tasks and any issues.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
- Support other warehouse functions as needed.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift and move packages up to 25 kg.
