Job Description
Are you a natural storyteller? Do you love seeing people have fun? Mystery Mansion Escapes is seeking an enthusiastic and engaging Escape Room Game Master to join our team, specifically for weekend shifts. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about interactive entertainment and customer service. No prior escape room experience is required; we provide comprehensive training! Your primary role will be to guide players through their escape room adventure, ensuring their safety, providing timely hints, and maintaining the immersive atmosphere of our games. You will be the face of our thrilling experiences, helping guests create lasting memories.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and brief players on game rules and safety procedures.
- Monitor game progress via cameras and provide helpful hints as needed to ensure an enjoyable experience.
- Maintain character and enthusiasm throughout the game master role.
- Reset game rooms efficiently and accurately between sessions.
- Clean and sanitize game props and areas regularly.
- Handle customer inquiries, bookings, and payments.
- Troubleshoot minor technical issues with game equipment.
- Ensure a safe and welcoming environment for all guests.
Required Skills
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Strong communication abilities, both verbal and non-verbal.
- Enthusiastic and outgoing personality.
- Ability to think quickly and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable and punctual, especially for weekend shifts.
