Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Liquor & Gaming Support professional to join our team in Swindon, supporting state-level compliance activities. This hybrid role involves assisting with the administrative and operational aspects of liquor and gaming regulations, ensuring adherence to all relevant state and national guidelines. You will be a key point of contact for enquiries, help maintain accurate records, and contribute to the smooth processing of licenses and compliance checks. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop expertise in a specialized regulatory field within a supportive and dynamic environment, with comprehensive training provided.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support for liquor and gaming license applications and renewals.
  • Assist in the research and interpretation of state and national liquor and gaming regulations.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of compliance documentation and licenses.
  • Respond to internal and external enquiries regarding liquor and gaming compliance procedures.
  • Collaborate with compliance officers and legal teams to ensure all activities meet regulatory standards.
  • Prepare reports and summaries on compliance status and relevant regulatory changes.
  • Support the preparation for audits and inspections related to liquor and gaming activities.
  • Identify and escalate potential compliance risks or issues to senior team members.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay informed of regulatory updates.

Preferred Qualifications

  • A-levels or equivalent qualification.
