Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Provide personal care, including assistance with washing, dressing, and grooming.
- Administer medication prompts and support.
- Assist with meal preparation and ensure adequate nutrition.
- Offer companionship and engage clients in stimulating activities.
- Perform light household duties and errands as required.
- Support clients with mobility and transfers, using appropriate equipment if necessary.
- Maintain accurate care records and report any changes or concerns to the care manager.
- Ensure client dignity, privacy, and independence are always respected.
