Job Description

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Banquet Servers to join our esteemed events team. As a Banquet Server, you will play a crucial role in delivering seamless and high-quality food and beverage service for a variety of functions, ensuring guest satisfaction and contributing to the overall success of our banquets and events. Key Responsibilities

  • Set up banquet rooms according to event specifications, including tables, chairs, linens, and place settings.
  • Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally to guests during events.
  • Anticipate guest needs and respond to requests courteously and efficiently.
  • Clear tables, dismantle event setups, and assist with general clean-up duties post-event.
  • Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations.
  • Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff, event planners, and other team members.
  • Maintain a high standard of personal presentation and hygiene.
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve minor issues with a positive attitude.
