Job Description
Join TELUS as an Inbound Remote Booking Coordinator! This entry-level position is 100% remote and includes comprehensive paid training. You will be responsible for handling incoming customer calls, inquiries, and efficiently booking or modifying appointments and services. This role involves strictly inbound interactions; no outbound sales calls are required. We are looking for individuals with a passion for customer service and a desire to learn, ready to contribute to a supportive and innovative remote team environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer calls and inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Accurately book, reschedule, or cancel appointments and services based on customer requests.
- Provide clear, concise, and accurate information regarding TELUS products, services, and policies.
- Update and maintain customer records in our internal systems with meticulous attention to detail.
- Adhere to established communication guidelines and service standards.
- Actively participate in all paid training sessions to develop a comprehensive understanding of our processes and systems.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors in a remote setting to ensure seamless customer service.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Basic computer proficiency and the ability to navigate multiple applications simultaneously.
