Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive individual to join our team as a Barbershop Sweeper / Front Desk associate. This is a fast-paced role perfect for someone who enjoys a busy environment, has excellent communication skills, and is eager to learn. You’ll be the backbone of our daily operations, ensuring the shop is clean and welcoming, and providing essential support at the front desk. Full training will be provided, so no prior experience is necessary – just a great attitude and a willingness to dive in! You’ll also benefit from potential cash tips directly from satisfied clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a clean and tidy barbershop environment, including sweeping hair, sanitizing stations, and general upkeep.
- Assist with front desk duties: greeting clients, answering phones, scheduling appointments, and managing walk-ins.
- Process payments accurately and handle cash transactions.
- Ensure towels are clean, folded, and stocked.
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring client comfort and satisfaction.
- Support barbers with preparation and clean-up as needed.
- Manage product displays and ensure the waiting area is organized.
