Job Description
Are you a friendly, energetic individual with a passion for customer service? Northern Glow Tanning Studio is seeking a Part-Time Tanning Salon Consultant to join our team in Flin Flon. In this role, you will be the face of our salon, responsible for welcoming clients, assisting them with tanning packages and products, maintaining a pristine environment, and ensuring a positive experience for everyone. We are looking for someone reliable, detail-oriented, and eager to learn. Full training will be provided, so no prior tanning salon experience is necessary!
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist clients warmly, providing information on tanning services, products, and promotions.
- Operate point-of-sale system, process transactions, and manage client accounts.
- Maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of tanning rooms, beds, and common areas according to strict health and safety standards.
- Educate clients on proper tanning practices and product usage.
- Handle client inquiries and resolve minor issues professionally.
- Monitor tanning equipment and report any maintenance needs.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures of the salon.
- Upsell and cross-sell tanning lotions and accessories.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk and retail area.
