Key Responsibilities
- Assist residents/patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including personal hygiene, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
- Support with feeding and ensure adequate hydration.
- Monitor and report changes in residents'/patients' physical, mental, and emotional condition to the nursing staff.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment for residents/patients.
- Provide companionship and emotional support, promoting a sense of dignity and well-being.
- Assist with light housekeeping tasks related to patient care areas.
- Adhere to all health and safety policies and procedures.
Required Skills

- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Physical ability to perform duties, including lifting and standing for extended periods (with training).
- Willingness to learn and commit to comprehensive training.
- Basic understanding of English, both written and verbal.
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) or First Aid certification (training can be provided).
- Previous experience in a customer service or caregiving role (not essential but a plus).
- Ability to speak other languages relevant to the local community.
