Job Description
We are seeking a talented and motivated Machine Learning Engineer to join our innovative team at Sage. This role is crucial in developing and deploying advanced machine learning models that will power the next generation of our financial and business software solutions. You will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining scalable ML systems, working closely with data scientists and product teams to translate business needs into robust ML solutions. Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and algorithms in a production environment.
- Collaborate with data scientists to transition prototypes into scalable, robust, and maintainable solutions.
- Build and maintain robust MLOps pipelines for model training, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring.
- Optimize existing machine learning models for performance, scalability, and efficiency.
- Work with cross-functional teams to integrate ML solutions into existing products and services.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in machine learning and artificial intelligence.
- Ensure data privacy and security compliance in all ML initiatives.
Required Skills
- Strong proficiency in Python and relevant ML libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) for ML model deployment and management.
- Solid understanding of machine learning principles, algorithms, and best practices.
- Familiarity with MLOps tools and practices.
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, AI, or a related quantitative field.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Hadoop).
- Knowledge of containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience in the FinTech or accounting software industry.
