Job Description
We are seeking a warm and welcoming Lounge Greeter to join our esteemed team for the evening shift in Lekki Phase 1. As the first point of contact, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and lasting impression for our guests. This entry-level position is perfect for individuals with excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for hospitality. Full training will be provided, and we offer complimentary drop-off services for our evening shift staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome and greet all guests entering the lounge with a friendly demeanor.
- Assist guests with seating arrangements and provide guidance on lounge offerings.
- Manage guest flow efficiently, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience.
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
- Answer guest inquiries and provide accurate information about the lounge and hotel services.
- Collaborate with lounge staff and management to ensure exceptional service delivery.
- Handle guest concerns or escalate issues to the appropriate personnel when necessary.
