Job Description
Join De Rembrandt Hotels & Suites as a Weekend Banquet Waiter, serving at various event centres, including our premier venues in the Ogba area. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals looking for flexible, part-time work on weekends, contributing to successful and memorable events. We are seeking enthusiastic and service-oriented individuals who are eager to learn and provide outstanding hospitality to our guests. Full training will be provided to ensure you are confident and capable in your role.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up banquet halls, including tables, chairs, place settings, and decorations according to event specifications.
- Serve food and beverages efficiently and courteously to guests during events.
- Clear tables and assist with plate breakdown and dishwashing procedures.
- Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly and professionally to requests.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the banquet area before, during, and after events.
- Work collaboratively with kitchen staff, event planners, and other team members to ensure smooth event execution.
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations.
