Job Description
We are seeking dedicated and motivated individuals to join our production team as Factory Production Workers. In this essential role, you will be responsible for various tasks within our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Yaba, ensuring the efficient and safe production of our world-class beverages. Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment under supervision, following established procedures.
- Perform quality checks on products at various stages of the production line to ensure adherence to company and regulatory standards.
- Load and unload raw materials, components, and finished products from production lines and into storage areas.
- Package finished goods accurately and efficiently according to product specifications and packaging guidelines.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times, strictly adhering to all hygiene, sanitation, and safety regulations.
- Report any equipment malfunctions, production issues, or potential safety hazards to supervisors promptly.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet daily production targets and optimize operational efficiency.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to health, safety, and environmental protection.

- Ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately and consistently.
- Good physical stamina and manual dexterity to handle materials and operate equipment.
