Job Description
Eko Hotels & Suites is looking for enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our food and beverage team as Hotel Waiters. This is an excellent opportunity for those looking to start a career in hospitality, as no prior experience is required – we provide full training! You will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding service to our guests, ensuring their dining experience is pleasant and efficient. Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and present menus
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Serve food and beverages to guests promptly and courteously
- Clear tables and prepare them for the next guests
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas and service stations
- Assist guests with any inquiries or special requests
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service operations
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations
- Handle guest payments and process transactions accurately
