Job Description

Join United Africa Company of Nigeria Plc (UACN) as a Production Staff member and become an integral part of our manufacturing operations. This entry-level position is perfect for individuals eager to start a career in manufacturing. No prior experience is required, as comprehensive training will be provided to ensure you are fully equipped for success. We are looking for dedicated and reliable individuals who are committed to quality and operational efficiency. To support our staff, a dedicated staff bus service is provided for convenient transportation to and from our facility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate production machinery and equipment under supervision, following standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Monitor production processes to ensure quality standards and specifications are met.
  • Assist in the loading and unloading of raw materials and finished products.
  • Perform routine quality checks on products during various stages of production.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all hygiene and safety protocols.
  • Report any equipment malfunctions, safety hazards, or quality issues to the supervisor promptly.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve production targets.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including health, safety, and environmental regulations.
