Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Hotel Servers. This entry-level position is perfect for those new to the hospitality industry or looking to start a rewarding career. As a Hotel Server, you will play a crucial role in providing an outstanding dining experience for our guests, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and a friendly demeanor. Full training will be provided, so no prior experience is necessary. Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and present menus clearly, explaining daily specials and answering questions about food and beverages.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, utilizing point-of-sale systems.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently, ensuring presentation standards are met.
- Monitor guest satisfaction, anticipating and responding to needs throughout their dining experience.
- Clear tables, prepare for new guests, and maintain cleanliness of dining areas.
- Handle guest complaints or concerns professionally, escalating to management when necessary.
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth service operations.
- Process payments accurately and efficiently.
