Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the physical setup and breakdown of event venues, including arranging tables, chairs, staging, and decorations.
- Place and retrieve event materials such as signage, promotional items, and guest amenities.
- Greet and direct guests to their designated areas, providing assistance and information as needed.
- Monitor event entry and exit points, ensuring smooth flow and adherence to safety protocols.
- Maintain a clean and orderly event environment throughout the duration of the event.
- Provide basic assistance to event attendees, responding to inquiries and addressing minor issues promptly.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and event organizers to achieve event objectives.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and company policies during event operations.
