Job Description
We are looking for enthusiastic and reliable Weekend Waitresses to join our team at Rhapsody’s. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals seeking flexible work on Saturdays and Sundays, with the unique benefit of receiving your pay every Sunday night. You will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have an outstanding dining experience, from greeting them warmly to serving their meals with efficiency and a smile. Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and seat guests upon arrival, presenting menus and daily specials.
- Accurately take food and drink orders, inputting them into the POS system.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve any service issues with a positive attitude.
- Clear and reset tables efficiently, maintaining a clean and inviting dining area.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and other waitstaff to ensure smooth service.
- Process payments accurately and efficiently, handling cash and card transactions.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations.
- Assist with opening and closing duties as required.
