Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Waiters to join our vibrant team at Eko Hotels & Suites. Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and present menus clearly.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
- Serve food and beverages to guests promptly and courteously.
- Anticipate guest needs and respond to special requests.
- Clear tables and reset them for the next guests.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas.
- Assist with opening and closing duties as required.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve minor complaints professionally.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations.
