Job Description
Are you a student looking for a dynamic and rewarding part-time role? Genesis Cinemas is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Ushering Team Members to enhance our guest experience. This entry-level position is perfect for individuals eager to develop their professional skills in a vibrant environment. As an Ushering Team Member, you will be the face of Genesis Cinemas, assisting guests, ensuring smooth operations, and contributing to a positive atmosphere. Full training will be provided, so no prior experience is necessary – just a great attitude and a willingness to learn!
Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and direct guests to their seats and facilities.
- Scan tickets and manage crowd flow efficiently.
- Provide information about showtimes, facilities, and promotions.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of cinema halls and common areas.
- Respond promptly and courteously to guest inquiries and concerns.
- Assist with special events and corporate screenings as needed.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company policies.
- Collaborate with other team members to deliver an excellent guest experience.
