Job Description
We are seeking a warm, enthusiastic, and customer-focused Lounge Greeter to join our evening shift team. As the first point of contact for guests entering our exclusive lounges, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming and sophisticated atmosphere. This entry-level position is perfect for individuals eager to start a career in hospitality, offering comprehensive training and a supportive environment. Key Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome and greet all guests entering the lounge with a genuine smile and positive demeanor.
- Verify guest credentials and ensure smooth entry processes.
- Provide accurate information regarding lounge services, facilities, and daily specials.
- Assist guests with general inquiries and direct them to appropriate seating areas.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting lounge entrance and reception area.
- Communicate effectively with lounge staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Handle guest feedback and escalate complex issues to management as needed.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety standards, and service protocols.
- Act as an ambassador for Eko Hotels & Suites, embodying our commitment to exceptional service.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
