Job Description

Redefine Events & Experiences is seeking enthusiastic Ushering Agency Talent to support a high-profile event in Victoria Island. This is a fantastic chance for individuals looking to gain experience in event hospitality, interact with diverse guests, and be part of a dynamic team. No prior experience is required; we provide on-site training to ensure you are fully prepared to deliver excellent service. This contract position offers competitive pay for your dedicated service over the weekend.
Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and direct guests to their designated areas.
- Provide information about the event schedule, facilities, and services.
- Manage crowd flow and ensure a smooth event experience.
- Assist guests with inquiries and resolve minor issues professionally.
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor at all times.
- Collaborate effectively with event staff and security personnel.
- Ensure event areas remain tidy and presentable.
