Job Description
We are seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our team as Factory Hands at our facility in Alausa, Ikeja. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to start a career in manufacturing and operations. No prior experience is required as full training will be provided to ensure you are equipped with the necessary skills to excel in this role. You will be an integral part of our production process, assisting with various tasks to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the setup and operation of production machinery under supervision.
- Monitor production lines for quality control and report any issues promptly.
- Package finished products according to company standards and specifications.
- Load and unload materials and products from delivery vehicles and storage areas.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Perform routine checks and minor maintenance on equipment as required.
- Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily production targets.
