Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Bar Waiters to join our dynamic team at Eko Hotels & Suites. As a Bar Waiter, you will be responsible for providing excellent service to our guests, taking orders, serving beverages, and ensuring a clean and inviting bar environment. Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and present drink menus.
- Take accurate drink orders and relay them to the bartender.
- Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages promptly and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including wiping down counters and tables.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any service issues with professionalism.
- Assist with inventory management and stocking of bar supplies.
- Process payments accurately using POS systems.
