Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Ushers/Greeters. This is an excellent opportunity for anyone looking to start a career in the entertainment or hospitality industry, as no previous experience is required. We provide comprehensive training to ensure your success in this role. You will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they have a pleasant and seamless visit from the moment they arrive.
Key Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome guests to the cinema, ensuring a friendly and inviting atmosphere.
- Direct guests to their appropriate screens and seating areas.
- Assist guests with any inquiries, offering information about showtimes, facilities, and promotions.
- Maintain cleanliness and order in the lobby, hallways, and screening rooms before, during, and after shows.
- Monitor and ensure adherence to cinema policies and safety guidelines.
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues efficiently and courteously, or escalate to management when necessary.
- Assist with crowd management during peak hours or special events.
- Perform pre-show checks of screening rooms to ensure they are clean and ready for guests.
