Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Restaurant Servers to join our dynamic culinary team. As a Restaurant Server, you will be crucial in ensuring our guests have an exceptional dining experience. This role requires working 6 days a week with one day off, ensuring full coverage for our busy restaurant operations. You will be responsible for taking orders accurately, serving food and beverages promptly, and maintaining a high standard of customer service. Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and present menus clearly, answering questions about menu items and daily specials.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using a POS system, ensuring all dietary restrictions and special requests are noted.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently to guests, adhering to established service standards.
- Monitor guest satisfaction, respond to inquiries, and address any concerns professionally and courteously.
- Clear tables, reset dining areas, and maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant space.
- Process payments accurately and efficiently, handling cash and credit card transactions.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures of the restaurant as required.
