Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and dynamic individuals to join us as a Product Launch Hostess for an exclusive 1-Day Gig in Yaba, Lagos. This is a fantastic opportunity to be at the forefront of an exciting new product introduction, engage with the public, and contribute to a memorable event. Key Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome and greet attendees as they arrive at the product launch event.
- Direct guests to various product demonstration areas, information booths, and key event zones.
- Provide basic, accurate information about the new product and event schedule to guests.
- Assist with managing guest flow and maintaining an organized, professional event environment.
- Represent Jumia Nigeria with enthusiasm, professionalism, and a friendly demeanor.
- Potentially assist with guest registration or distribution of promotional materials.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- A friendly, approachable, and enthusiastic personality.
- Exceptional punctuality and reliability for the scheduled event.
- Ability to stand comfortably for extended periods during the event.
- Impeccable professional appearance and presentation.
- Fluent in English.

- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or event-based roles (even short-term).
