Key Responsibilities
- Edit raw video footage into polished, engaging, and trend-aligned TikTok videos that captivate our audience.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest TikTok trends, sounds, challenges, and editing styles to ensure content is current and relevant.
- Collaborate closely with the social media and marketing teams to brainstorm content ideas and develop strategic video plans.
- Add compelling text overlays, dynamic graphics, trending music, and creative effects to enhance video appeal and maximize watch time.
- Ensure all video content consistently aligns with Gymshark's brand guidelines, tone of voice, and visual identity.
- Efficiently manage and organize video assets, maintaining a well-structured library of content.
- Optimize videos for maximum engagement, reach, and virality, analyzing performance to inform future content.
- Provide creative input and suggestions for improving content quality and impact on the platform.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, Adobe Premiere Rush/Pro, InShot, Final Cut Pro).
- Strong understanding of TikTok's platform, its algorithm, trending content, and best practices for short-form video.
- Excellent creative vision, storytelling abilities, and an eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines effectively in a remote setting.
