Job Description
Are you passionate about watches and eager to learn a highly skilled trade? H. Samuel is offering an incredible opportunity for a Watch Repairer (Trainee) to join our dedicated team in Newcastle-under-Lyme. This entry-level position requires no prior experience in watch repair; we are looking for individuals with a keen eye for detail, excellent manual dexterity, and a genuine desire to learn. You will receive comprehensive, hands-on training from experienced professionals, covering all aspects of watch diagnostics, servicing, and repair. Key Responsibilities
- Participate actively in a structured training program to learn watch repair techniques.
- Shadow experienced watch repairers to understand diagnostic and repair procedures.

- Learn to identify and categorize different watch movements and components.
- Maintain a clean and organised workbench and adhere to workshop safety standards.
- Develop precision and accuracy in handling delicate watch parts and specialized tools.
