Job Description
We are urgently hiring Warehouse Workers for our Philadelphia fulfillment center! This is an immediate start opportunity with no prior experience required. We offer comprehensive paid training and welcome applicants of all backgrounds. As a Warehouse Worker, you will be an essential part of our team, responsible for receiving, sorting, picking, packing, and shipping customer orders. Key Responsibilities
- Receive and stow products in designated locations.
- Pick customer orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Pack and label items for shipment, adhering to quality standards.
- Load and unload trucks, assisting with general warehouse duties.
- Operate hand trucks, pallet jacks, and other equipment (training provided).
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift up to 49 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Ability to stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
- Reliability and punctuality.
- Basic communication and comprehension skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team setting.
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or production environment (not required, but a plus).
- Familiarity with scanning equipment.
