Job Description
Join the friendly team at Booker Wholesale in Falmouth as a Warehouse Club Receipt Checker! This is an easy and straightforward role perfect for someone who enjoys interacting with people and has a keen eye for detail. No prior experience is necessary, as we provide full, comprehensive training to ensure you’re confident and successful in your role from day one. As a Receipt Checker, you will be the final point of contact for our valued members as they exit the warehouse. Your primary responsibility will be to courteously verify receipts against purchased items, ensuring accuracy and providing excellent customer service. This is a crucial role in maintaining the integrity of our club and ensuring a positive experience for all members.
Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet all members as they exit the warehouse club.
- Accurately verify receipts against all items in the shopping cart.
- Ensure all items have been properly scanned and accounted for.
- Politely address any discrepancies or questions with members.
- Maintain a clean and orderly exit area.
- Uphold Booker Wholesale's standards for customer service and professionalism.
- Report any suspicious activity or issues to management.
