Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic and creative Visual Merchandiser Assistant to join our team in Cheltenham. This is an exciting entry-level opportunity for someone passionate about retail, design, and creating engaging customer experiences. As a Visual Merchandiser Assistant, you will play a crucial role in bringing our store’s aesthetic to life, ensuring our products are displayed beautifully and effectively. Full training will be provided to help you develop your skills in visual merchandising.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Visual Merchandising team in executing new seasonal layouts and promotional displays.
- Maintain high visual standards across all departments, ensuring displays are tidy, well-stocked, and reflect brand guidelines.
- Support the preparation and installation of window displays and in-store promotions.
- Help with the movement of fixtures, furniture, and merchandise as required for display changes.
- Ensure all visual elements are clean, well-maintained, and safe for customers and partners.
- Provide input and fresh ideas for visual concepts and display solutions.
- Communicate effectively with sales teams to understand product priorities and merchandising needs.
Required Skills
- A keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to take direction and work proactively.
- Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Physical capability to lift and move merchandise and stand for extended periods.
- Enthusiasm for retail and visual presentation.

- Previous experience in a retail environment (not necessarily visual merchandising specific).
