Job Description
Join our dynamic team at Coca-Cola Beverages Florida as a Vending Machine Snack Packer! In this entry-level, full-time position, you will be responsible for accurately preparing and packing snack boxes for our vending machine drivers. This role is crucial for ensuring our vending machines are consistently stocked with fresh and appealing products. We are looking for a detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Full training will be provided, so no prior experience is necessary – just a willingness to learn and a commitment to quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately pack a variety of snack items into designated boxes and totes according to pick lists.
- Verify product counts and ensure all items are in good condition and within expiration dates.
- Organize and stage packed boxes for efficient loading by vending machine drivers.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in the packing area.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock rotation as directed.
- Adhere to all company safety protocols and food handling guidelines.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and drivers to optimize daily operations.
Required Skills
- Ability to read and understand packing lists and basic instructions.
- Basic mathematical skills for counting and verification.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in packing.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs regularly.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods during shifts.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented warehouse environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, packing, or light manufacturing role.
- Familiarity with inventory management or scanning systems.
