Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Participate actively in all provided training programs to learn water treatment processes and operational procedures.
- Assist senior operators with routine plant inspections, monitoring equipment, and recording data.
- Learn to operate and maintain various water treatment equipment under supervision.
- Support in conducting basic laboratory tests to ensure water quality parameters are met.
- Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures.
- Contribute to maintaining a clean and organised work environment.
- Report any operational issues or abnormalities to senior staff promptly.
Required Skills
- No prior experience required – full training will be provided.
- A strong willingness to learn and develop new skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Basic literacy and numeracy skills.
- A proactive and responsible attitude.
- Ability to follow instructions accurately and safely.
- Full UK driving license (or willingness to obtain one) is highly advantageous due to site locations.
Preferred Qualifications
- GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English.
- An interest in science, engineering, or environmental studies.
- Previous experience in a role requiring attention to detail or adherence to procedures.
