Key Responsibilities

  • Participate actively in all provided training programs to learn water treatment processes and operational procedures.
  • Assist senior operators with routine plant inspections, monitoring equipment, and recording data.
  • Learn to operate and maintain various water treatment equipment under supervision.
  • Support in conducting basic laboratory tests to ensure water quality parameters are met.
  • Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures.
  • Contribute to maintaining a clean and organised work environment.
  • Report any operational issues or abnormalities to senior staff promptly.

Required Skills

  • No prior experience required – full training will be provided.
  • A strong willingness to learn and develop new skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Basic literacy and numeracy skills.
  • A proactive and responsible attitude.
  • Ability to follow instructions accurately and safely.
  • Full UK driving license (or willingness to obtain one) is highly advantageous due to site locations.

Preferred Qualifications

  • GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English.
  • An interest in science, engineering, or environmental studies.
