Job Description

No previous experience is required as full, comprehensive training will be provided. Key Responsibilities
- Assist service users with daily living activities, including personal care, mobility, and mealtimes.
- Provide emotional support and companionship, fostering a sense of well-being and independence.
- Support service users in engaging with social activities, hobbies, and community involvement.
- Help maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable living environment.
- Administer medication as per training and care plans (after appropriate training and certification).
- Accurately document observations and report any concerns or changes in service user condition to senior staff.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, families, and external professionals to ensure holistic care.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and relevant care standards and regulations.
