Key Responsibilities
- Complete comprehensive paid training program to learn pest identification, biology, and control methods.
- Successfully obtain and maintain required state pest control licensing (company-paid).
- Conduct thorough inspections of customer properties to identify pest issues, harborage points, and potential entryways.
- Apply pest control treatments safely and effectively according to company standards and regulatory guidelines.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers, providing professional and courteous service.
- Document services performed, treatment plans, and customer interactions accurately.
- Manage a designated service route independently, scheduling appointments and optimizing daily tasks.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and use personal protective equipment as required.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
Required Skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and technologies.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
- Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a customer service role.
- Basic mechanical aptitude or experience with hand tools.
