Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Assist Occupational Therapists in the delivery of therapy programs and interventions.
- Prepare treatment areas and equipment, ensuring a safe and tidy environment.
- Support patients with mobility, exercises, and activities of daily living under supervision.
- Observe and report patient progress or concerns to the supervising Occupational Therapist.
- Maintain accurate and concise patient records as directed.
- Organise and manage therapy equipment, ensuring cleanliness and availability.
- Adhere to all health and safety guidelines and trust policies.
- Provide compassionate support and encouragement to patients and their families.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to service development discussions.
