Job Description
Are you looking to kick-start a rewarding career in the public sector, supporting essential services in a unique environment? Mitie is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals for a Trainee Military Base Support Worker role. This is a civilian public sector position, based on a military establishment near Canterbury, Kent. No prior experience is required as full, comprehensive training will be provided to successful candidates. You will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the base, contributing directly to the welfare and operational readiness of military personnel. Key Responsibilities
- Assist with general site maintenance and upkeep, reporting any issues promptly.
- Support logistics operations, including receiving, storing, and distributing supplies.

- Maintain cleanliness and order in designated areas, including communal spaces and offices.
