Job Description
We are seeking dedicated and responsible individuals to join our team as a Traffic Warden / Control Officer in Coventry. You will be responsible for enforcing parking regulations, ensuring the smooth flow of traffic, and assisting the public. Key Responsibilities
- Patrol assigned areas on foot to identify and enforce parking restrictions.
- Issue Penalty Charge Notices (PCNs) accurately and efficiently to vehicles violating parking regulations.
- Provide clear and helpful information to the public regarding parking rules and local amenities.
- Maintain accurate records of patrols, incidents, and PCNs issued.
- Operate handheld electronic devices for issuing PCNs and collecting data.
- Report abandoned vehicles, faulty parking equipment, and other relevant issues.
- Act as a visible deterrent to illegal parking and contribute to local traffic management.
- Handle enquiries and disputes professionally and courteously.
- Adhere to all health and safety guidelines and company policies.

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a public-facing role or customer service.
- Full UK driving license.
- Knowledge of local geography in Coventry.
