Job Description

Sunshine Fulfillment Group is looking for enthusiastic and reliable Subscription Box Kitting Workers to join our Jacksonville team. In this entry-level role, you will be responsible for accurately assembling various components into custom subscription boxes, ensuring each package meets our high-quality standards before shipment. Key Responsibilities
- Accurately assemble subscription boxes according to specific client guidelines and packing lists.
- Inspect all items for quality, accuracy, and any potential damage before inclusion in boxes.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation at all times.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
- Meet or exceed daily production targets and quality benchmarks.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock rotation as needed.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations.
Required Skills
- Ability to follow detailed written and verbal instructions precisely.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
