Job Description
We are seeking a talented and passionate Ruby on Rails Developer to join our dynamic engineering team in Worcester, MA. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and maintaining robust and scalable web applications. Key Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and deploy high-quality Ruby on Rails applications.

- Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback and ensuring code quality.

- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
- Contribute to architectural discussions and strategic technical decisions.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Ruby and the Ruby on Rails framework.
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns.
- Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related frameworks.
- Familiarity with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and SQL.
- Experience with version control systems, particularly Git.
