Job Description
Are you looking to kickstart your career in retail? Target in Jacksonville, FL is seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as Part-Time Retail Sales Associates. No prior experience is required – we believe in potential and provide comprehensive training to help you succeed! In this role, you will be a vital part of our store team, helping guests find what they need, keeping our store looking great, and creating a positive shopping experience. Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and assist them in locating products throughout the store.
- Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately, including cash, credit, and gift cards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked sales floor and fitting rooms.
- Process new merchandise, including unpacking, pricing, and displaying items.
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and courteously.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth and efficient store operation.
- Learn about products and promotions to effectively assist guests with their purchasing decisions.
