Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and detail-oriented Remote UX/UI Testers to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in enhancing the usability and overall experience of our digital products. You will be responsible for meticulously testing various applications, websites, and software interfaces, recording your screen and providing candid, constructive feedback on functionality, design, and user flow. No prior formal experience in UX/UI testing is required; we provide comprehensive guidelines and support to help you succeed. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy exploring new technologies and have a keen eye for detail to contribute directly to product development from the comfort of their home.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform assigned testing tasks on various digital products (web, mobile, desktop applications).
- Record your screen and audio while navigating and interacting with the product, verbalizing your thoughts and observations in real-time.
- Provide clear, concise, and actionable written feedback on usability, potential bugs, design inconsistencies, and overall user experience.
- Identify and document any issues, pain points, or areas for improvement within the user interface and user journey.
- Adhere to testing protocols and submission deadlines.
- Collaborate with the product development team by providing valuable insights that drive iterative improvements.
- Maintain a reliable internet connection and a suitable environment for recording audio and video.
Required Skills
- Strong observational skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to clearly articulate thoughts and feedback, both verbally and in writing.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with navigating various digital interfaces.
- Reliable access to a computer/smartphone with screen recording capabilities.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Ability to follow instructions and adhere to guidelines accurately.
- Good time management skills.
