Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Remote E-learning Coordinator to join our global learning and development team. This is a 100% remote position where you will play a crucial role in managing and maintaining our digital course catalog, ensuring a seamless and effective learning experience for our employees worldwide. You will be responsible for the coordination, deployment, and ongoing support of various e-learning initiatives, working closely with subject matter experts and instructional designers.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the setup, deployment, and maintenance of e-learning courses within our Learning Management System (LMS).
- Manage and organize digital learning content, ensuring accuracy, accessibility, and up-to-date information.
- Provide technical support to learners and facilitators, troubleshooting common issues related to course access and functionality.
- Monitor course completion rates and gather feedback to contribute to continuous improvement of e-learning programs.
- Assist in the creation of basic e-learning materials and resources, adhering to established guidelines.
- Collaborate with instructional designers and subject matter experts to integrate new content and updates.
- Generate reports on e-learning activities and learner progress for stakeholders.
- Maintain documentation for e-learning processes and best practices.
Required Skills
- Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS) administration (e.g., Moodle, Cornerstone, Workday Learning)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a remote environment
- Basic understanding of e-learning principles and technologies
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Human Resources, or a related field
- Experience with e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate)
- Prior experience in a corporate learning and development environment
- Familiarity with SCORM and xAPI standards
