Job Description
We are seeking dedicated and reliable individuals to join our team as Recycling Sorters at our modern facility in Swindon. This is a fantastic long-term opportunity for someone looking for stable employment and to contribute to environmental sustainability. As a Recycling Sorter, you will be instrumental in processing various materials, ensuring high standards of quality and efficiency. Full training will be provided, making this an ideal role for individuals with no prior experience in waste management but a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
Key Responsibilities
- Sort various recyclable materials (e.g., plastics, paper, cardboard, glass) from conveyor belts.
- Identify and remove contaminants from the recycling stream.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Work efficiently as part of a team to meet daily sorting targets.
- Assist with general site clean-up and maintenance as required.
